3 things that probably don't mean much to you, but that signify to me that I have a whole lot of things going on. Not feeling too bad about it, though. It's all good stuff, things I want to be doing!

I'm starting a new study on the book of Esther and I'm way excited. So excited, in fact, that I couldn't wait until the morning and I did tomorrow's lesson tonight. I'm sure I'll be behind at some point, so I think it's fine. I was thinking through what I hope to get out of it (hope... a huge theme in my life right now! I'll fill you in if you're curious.). I wrote down that I'm hoping God will give me chill bumps and aha! moments, then that I can apply that stuff on a practical and daily basis. I figured I'd write my hope here, too, b/c I'm sure to lose whatever scrap of paper I put that down on.

The funniest part of my day was laughing with Melissa over how when we were in DC last year, she kept making me feel her nasty mustard-colored socks because she was so concerned over why they were wet. When she finally convinced me to pry my hand out of my homeless guy gloves and touch her socks, I told her they were not wet at all, just inhumanely cold. I felt that chilly today. Upside- I got to wear my pink coat!

Oh, and I'm going to Africa! Life gets weirder and weirder...
